Miki's artwork is known for its delicate, fine lines, which made the process of recreating them through risograph printing a significant challenge. After seven months of trial and error, we finally achieved a result that closely resembles her original drawings.
This book marks Miki's debut collection using risograph printing, featuring both her illustrations and tattoo works.
Miki explains that she doesn't initially draw with the intention of turning her art into tattoos. Her digital illustrations eventually find their way onto human skin as tattoos. In the same way, through her encounter with risograph printing, her work has transformed once again—this time taking on a warmer, more tactile expression. Each book is a first edition of 350 copies, bound by hand with body piercing.
